MISI Induction Semester 2 2014/2015

Assalamualaikum w.b.t
February 6, 2015 – While some’re frantically busy preparing for CiTRA Open Day, most of us still participated in a three-day induction which was held at Edu TR1. As we’ve been promoted to be part of this new tenure, our attendance was a must!


After performing Maghrib prayer. the programme commenced with taaruf-ing ourselves with each other for sure. To add, the new MISI Club president elucidated again the presentation of the almanac for 2014/2015 session as some weren’t there when it was presented for the first time. Redza Alohi, the previous president also took part as he’d be supportively invaluable to share his experience with us.




February 7, 2015 – On the second day, Redza taught us how to manage a club programme. Plus, we also learnt how to prepare a programme report from our former secretary – Asmah Rojan! Next, we were divided into groups and each needed to complete one programme proposal. At night, each programme manager presented his proposal. Alhamdulillah, we enjoyed a dinner with satays which was someone’s treat :9




February 8, 2015 – On the last day, we actually exploraced to approve a proposal! We were classified into three groups with four members for each team. There were several checkpoints where members of previous tenure tested our knowledge about what we all have learnt throughout this programme. It was quite an innovative idea… right? Well, MISI Club’d better credit their Ainaa Kamarulzamil!


To conclude, we believe that this programme has achieved its main objectives. Besides learning new stuff about its documentation, this programme diminished the gap among this new line-up with the aim to strengthen our synergy as a team.

OUTREACH TO KAMPUNG PAHU (OPAH) SERIES 3 Assalamualaikum warahmatullah.. Recently, Kampung Pahu, Ranau, Sabah facing the hardship to get clean water source due to El-Nino event. The villagers are in need of water equipment such as water pump and water tank especially those who are unable financially. Thus, OPAH Series 3, MISI CLUB IIUM is now collecting money for donation to help the villagers to buy the equipment. Other than that, donations such as Book/Reading materials, Fabric, Baju kurung, and baju melayu are also accepted to be given to those in need. This programme is a community service. MISI AGM & AGD Semester 1 2015/2016

Assalamualaikum w.b.t December 10, 2015  – After more than one year, it’s what we all have been waiting for which was the dissolution of our line-up for 2014/2015 session. Managed by Afiq Kahar and Masni Mayuddin, our Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Annual Grand Dinner (AGD) was held at Seminar Room 2, Cultural Activity Centre (CAC). At the beginning of programme, we all listened to all reports about our whole tenure from the mainboard. After Asri Abd Rahim gave his last speech as our club president and dissolved his own line-up, it’s time to introduce our new line-up for 2015/2016 session with our video. OPAH Series 2

Assalamualaikum w.b.t For the second series of Outreach to Kampung Pahu (OPAH), our programme manager and assistant programme manager were Ade Jobin and Syahirah Shamsudin respectively. With the aim to build a mini library, we welcomed thirteen new OPAH family members! October 24, 2015  – Travelled with Malindo Air, this airline served us the most comfortable air trip compared to our previous flights. Touching down at the airport, we were welcomed by Hidayah Centre Foundation (HFC) representatives named Azwan Abdullah and Riduan Ramli. Then, we directly departed for a grocery to get everything we needed for our twenty five hampers we allocated for the villagers.
