MISI Training Camp 2.0 Semester 2 2014/2015

For your information, Syahirah Shamsudin is the first female programme manager during Asri Abd Rahim’s era! Assisted by Ade Jobin, they both succeeded to organize MISI Training Camp 2.0 which was also a simulation for our outreach programme!


April 24, 2015 – Abruptly emceed by Ikhmal Othman, both Redza Alohi and Syazwinnie Omar were invited to hit the stage to share their moments as the previous president and vice president of MISI Club respectively. On that night, participants were divided into groups to innovate a cheer. Later, we caught some z’s as we planned to Kampung Sungai Sireh early in the morning.




April 25, 2015 – Merely thirty-eight committees and participants could join our two-day stay at the village. Throughout this programme, Afifah Musa and Firdani Adam handled these participants with numerous modules with the aim to test them about collecting data on demographic and socio-economics of the village. Hence, the data collected from several villagers would be presented in the next modules.




April 26, 2015 – On our very last day at the village, we participants and committees were divided into three groups. One group cleaned a musolla, the other group stayed at the homestay in order to handle several activities with children whereas another group paid a mahabbah visit at an old man’s house who lives alone by himself. After the closing ceremony ended, we all attended a wedding ceremony… FREE LUNCH!!!



As our president said in our post-mortem, MISI Training Camp 2.0 was alhamdulillah a success! Apparently, some of us were unsatisfied with the video presentation as both Publicity and Promotion committees did not put many pictures of those villagers.

OUTREACH TO KAMPUNG PAHU (OPAH) SERIES 3 Assalamualaikum warahmatullah.. Recently, Kampung Pahu, Ranau, Sabah facing the hardship to get clean water source due to El-Nino event. The villagers are in need of water equipment such as water pump and water tank especially those who are unable financially. Thus, OPAH Series 3, MISI CLUB IIUM is now collecting money for donation to help the villagers to buy the equipment. Other than that, donations such as Book/Reading materials, Fabric, Baju kurung, and baju melayu are also accepted to be given to those in need. This programme is a community service. MISI AGM & AGD Semester 1 2015/2016

Assalamualaikum w.b.t December 10, 2015  – After more than one year, it’s what we all have been waiting for which was the dissolution of our line-up for 2014/2015 session. Managed by Afiq Kahar and Masni Mayuddin, our Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Annual Grand Dinner (AGD) was held at Seminar Room 2, Cultural Activity Centre (CAC). At the beginning of programme, we all listened to all reports about our whole tenure from the mainboard. After Asri Abd Rahim gave his last speech as our club president and dissolved his own line-up, it’s time to introduce our new line-up for 2015/2016 session with our video. OPAH Series 2

Assalamualaikum w.b.t For the second series of Outreach to Kampung Pahu (OPAH), our programme manager and assistant programme manager were Ade Jobin and Syahirah Shamsudin respectively. With the aim to build a mini library, we welcomed thirteen new OPAH family members! October 24, 2015  – Travelled with Malindo Air, this airline served us the most comfortable air trip compared to our previous flights. Touching down at the airport, we were welcomed by Hidayah Centre Foundation (HFC) representatives named Azwan Abdullah and Riduan Ramli. Then, we directly departed for a grocery to get everything we needed for our twenty five hampers we allocated for the villagers.
