MISI Muster Night Semester 2 2014/2015

March 2, 2015 – Hi, guys! Did you attend our mass gathering? Managed by Soris Hamadul and Nadiah Idris, MISI Muster Night was organized to promote the club to our newcomers and promote its upcoming programmes.



Alhamdulillah… the number of attendees was around sixty. Razali Sudin, a University Centre for Community Engagement (UCCE) was invited as a representative to give a welcoming remark for our new members. The emcee then yielded the floor to the programme manager, also inviting our club president to hit the stage to deliver a speech.


After broadcasting a multimedia presentation of our previous events, the programme would be really boring if there was no lucky draw! Do y’all wanna know a fun fact? For your information, our one caterer who was a first timer to take the post has mistakenly used salt when he or she was frantically preparing for the drink… kahkahkah! Seriously, it was quite a hectic night for our caterer.



After snapping some pictures with the new members, the gathering came to an end. During our post-mortem, there was no serious problem throughout the night but those who were in-charged for multimedia videos should have made a new one.

OUTREACH TO KAMPUNG PAHU (OPAH) SERIES 3 Assalamualaikum warahmatullah.. Recently, Kampung Pahu, Ranau, Sabah facing the hardship to get clean water source due to El-Nino event. The villagers are in need of water equipment such as water pump and water tank especially those who are unable financially. Thus, OPAH Series 3, MISI CLUB IIUM is now collecting money for donation to help the villagers to buy the equipment. Other than that, donations such as Book/Reading materials, Fabric, Baju kurung, and baju melayu are also accepted to be given to those in need. This programme is a community service. MISI AGM & AGD Semester 1 2015/2016

Assalamualaikum w.b.t December 10, 2015  – After more than one year, it’s what we all have been waiting for which was the dissolution of our line-up for 2014/2015 session. Managed by Afiq Kahar and Masni Mayuddin, our Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Annual Grand Dinner (AGD) was held at Seminar Room 2, Cultural Activity Centre (CAC). At the beginning of programme, we all listened to all reports about our whole tenure from the mainboard. After Asri Abd Rahim gave his last speech as our club president and dissolved his own line-up, it’s time to introduce our new line-up for 2015/2016 session with our video. OPAH Series 2

Assalamualaikum w.b.t For the second series of Outreach to Kampung Pahu (OPAH), our programme manager and assistant programme manager were Ade Jobin and Syahirah Shamsudin respectively. With the aim to build a mini library, we welcomed thirteen new OPAH family members! October 24, 2015  – Travelled with Malindo Air, this airline served us the most comfortable air trip compared to our previous flights. Touching down at the airport, we were welcomed by Hidayah Centre Foundation (HFC) representatives named Azwan Abdullah and Riduan Ramli. Then, we directly departed for a grocery to get everything we needed for our twenty five hampers we allocated for the villagers.
