MISI Training Camp 1.0 Semester 2 2014/2015

Assalamualaikum w.b.t
In order to organize an outreach programme to Sabah and Sarawak, a training camp is crucial! Held at Human Sciences (HS) square, it’s designed to expose our club members with the challenges faced by those living in these two states.


March 6, 2015 - As usual, the programme started with performing Isyak prayer congregationally. After that, participants broke the ice with one another by introducing themselves. Interestingly, each acted out a personality like angry, shy and more which they randomly picked. Yes, the modulators of the programme were Amirullah Zulkifli and Ilyani Izham!





March 7, 2015 – Getting sweaty early in the morning, we had a sharing moment with our MISI Club seniors. Next, we all had a whale of time with several games including Suara Korporat in which we had to memorize a passage in a short period of time! At night, each group was given a disparate task to stage a theatre regarding superstitions in Sabah and Sarawak!




March 8, 2015 – Like our other training camps, there’s always an EXPLORACE! We were all divided into groups, dealing with six checkpoints which really challenged our participants with the cultures practiced in Sabah and Sarawak. Whoever won the game, the other teams also won other categories including Best Cheer, Most Sporting Group and so on-lah.



Managed by Afiq Kahar and Izzah Ishak, WELL DONE!!! They both have picked and chosen the right MISIans to be our modulators and we all were satisfied with whatever served for our starvation during those three-day programme.

OUTREACH TO KAMPUNG PAHU (OPAH) SERIES 3 Assalamualaikum warahmatullah.. Recently, Kampung Pahu, Ranau, Sabah facing the hardship to get clean water source due to El-Nino event. The villagers are in need of water equipment such as water pump and water tank especially those who are unable financially. Thus, OPAH Series 3, MISI CLUB IIUM is now collecting money for donation to help the villagers to buy the equipment. Other than that, donations such as Book/Reading materials, Fabric, Baju kurung, and baju melayu are also accepted to be given to those in need. This programme is a community service. MISI AGM & AGD Semester 1 2015/2016

Assalamualaikum w.b.t December 10, 2015  – After more than one year, it’s what we all have been waiting for which was the dissolution of our line-up for 2014/2015 session. Managed by Afiq Kahar and Masni Mayuddin, our Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Annual Grand Dinner (AGD) was held at Seminar Room 2, Cultural Activity Centre (CAC). At the beginning of programme, we all listened to all reports about our whole tenure from the mainboard. After Asri Abd Rahim gave his last speech as our club president and dissolved his own line-up, it’s time to introduce our new line-up for 2015/2016 session with our video. OPAH Series 2

Assalamualaikum w.b.t For the second series of Outreach to Kampung Pahu (OPAH), our programme manager and assistant programme manager were Ade Jobin and Syahirah Shamsudin respectively. With the aim to build a mini library, we welcomed thirteen new OPAH family members! October 24, 2015  – Travelled with Malindo Air, this airline served us the most comfortable air trip compared to our previous flights. Touching down at the airport, we were welcomed by Hidayah Centre Foundation (HFC) representatives named Azwan Abdullah and Riduan Ramli. Then, we directly departed for a grocery to get everything we needed for our twenty five hampers we allocated for the villagers.
